APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING POLICY


APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING POLICY (NO-SHOW, CANCELLATION, AND RESCHEDULED)

We understand that unforeseen events can arise, so please let us know immediately if you need to cancel your appointment so we may serve our clients efficiently.


All appointment bookings that require to be rescheduled must be done on our appointment booking page with a minimum of a 24-hour notice before the scheduled date and time, excluding weekends (Monday appointments will require notice by Friday at the latest).


If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you are considered a No-show. If you are a No-show or a Cancellation for a paid booking, you forfeit your payment for that appointment, will not receive a refund or credit, and that appointment will not be honored.
