Not a diet, it's a lifestyle, so LIVE!

In case you were never told, weight loss is not a battle of willpower, but of consistency.  I can give you valuable weight loss tips, tools and suggestions to keep you on track in your busy life.  Lose weight fast, safely, naturally, and...learn to keep it off!

Can't afford to eat healthy?  When it comes to money, there are so many budget-friendly options now-a-days.  I'm a wife and mommy; and by the way, I was also a single mom for a long time, so I know what it's like to "make it work" for a family.  Together, let's "make it work" for your family.

Now, when it comes to exercise, sometimes less is more.  When we begin our work together, don't worry, I'll explain in detail.  Exercise can be so much fun once you find your fitness fit.

I don't believe in strict diets or cutting out whole food groups as a lifestyle. I do believe there is a time for everything. For example, certain foods may be temporarily restricted while doing a reset or detox. 

Oh, and I know for a fact that you won't become a hell-bound gluttonous sinner for having an occasional sugar-laden dessert or individual-sized bag of your favorite crispy-crunchy chips. I will never tell you to give up your favorite foods forever. Not to mention, life happens...special occasions, holidays! 

I can help you develop Mindfulness, build a healthy relationship with food and exercise, and be the best you yet!  Remember, this is not a diet, it's a lifestyle, so LIVE!
